Tom sources distressed real estate assets for Landology through his call universe of 54 banks throughout the Atlanta MSA and his numerous contacts in the metro Atlanta banking area.  With over forty years in banking Tom brings a level of contacts not frequently matched.  Tom attended the University of Georgia, Georgia State University and Louisiana State University.  He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in business and banking.  After military service, Tom started his banking career with the C&S Bank in Atlanta in the early 1960's and after almost 10 years became President and CEO of a community bank in West Georgia.  He worked in numerous community banks in Georgia and was instrumental in forming two de novos in the state.  In early 1987 he was part of the formation of a de novo bank in Northeast Alabama and was its first President and CEO.  He has also been a director of these banks.  Tom has been active in community affairs, such as IDB chairman, Chamber President and hospital board trustee.
