Michael (Mike) McCann
Mike’s roles include company strategy and management, real estate acquisitions, asset strategy and dispositions. McCann’s real estate investment experience includes multifamily, office, and in-fill land for mixed-use development. Prior to Landology, Mike was President of McCann Management, Inc., a real estate investment company. Previously, he built and sold his plastics manufacturing company to USPL, a NASDAQ listed and publicly traded company. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the McCann Family Charitable Foundation.

William (Wil) Slagle
Wil’s roles include company financial management, portfolio strategy, debt and equity relations, and deal financial structuring. Formerly the founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of NHB Holdings, Inc. and the founder and Director of Proficio Bank., Wil received a B.A. in Economics, Finance and Banking from the University of North Florida and completed Masters level programs at Tufts and Harvard.  

Felix Solaun
Felix’s roles include broker/developer relationships, valuation, project feasibility, due diligence, sales and marketing strategies. Felix has more than 20 years of real estate investment and management experience and has played a major role in bringing to market numerous real estate development projects throughout the Southeastern United States. Previously, Felix was Vice President of Sales and Acquisitions for Lifestyles Realtors. He received a B.A. and an M.B.A. from Jacksonville University.

David Ball
David's roles include real estate acquisitions, strategy and dispositions. His real estate experience includes development and investment sales with focus on acquisition, development of both commercial and residential properties, and land entitlement primarily in the Southeast. Prior to Landology, David was Managing Partner of Fall Creek Ventures, a real estate investment company, and prior to Fall Creek was CEO of ONCOR International, a global real estate organization. He received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Kansas and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.            

John Joyce
John’s roles include broker/developer/tenant relationships, valuation, project feasibility, due diligence, leasing and sales strategies. John has more than 30 years of commercial real estate development and management experience and has directly overseen the development of more than 30 shopping center properties throughout Florida. Previously, John was a Partner in Charlotte, NC - based Faison. He received a B.S. from Jacksonville University, is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (“CSM”) and former Florida State Director for the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Terry Phillips
Terry’s role includes real estate brokerage, acquisitions, valuations and due diligence. Terry has over 10  years experience in real estate investment and development and has assisted several national companies with locating, acquiring and completing due diligence for selected properties. Terry was a former business owner of a Southeast distribution company.

Gary Verble
Gary's role involves golf course and golf course community development, marketing/sales strategies, and operations. Gary's experience spans over 30 years with high end developments in Tennessee, Virginia, Texas, Florida and recently in Indiana with the nationally acclaimed Victoria National Golf Club (Tom Fazio designed course) ranked in the top 50 golf courses in Golf Digest's Top 100 Courses in America. Under Gary's leadership from 2007 - 2010, the Victoria real estate development was rebranded and relaunched with unprecedented sales success in the midst of a recession. In addition, Victoria National Golf Club operations were improved significantly. Gary then brought in a buyer for the golf club and 550 undeveloped acres for a successful sale.

Thomas (TK) Kelly
TK's roles include real estate investment services, investor relations and deal sourcing. His experience includes real estate investment, development, brokerage and asset management. Prior to Landology, TK was the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at NAI Hallmark Partners responsible for a portfolio of commercial real estate. Previously, TK held manager of development positions at Capital Development International and the St. Joe Company. He received a M.S in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, a B.S. from Bucknell University and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member ("CCIM"), LEED Green Associate and Certified Property Manager ("CPM") designations.
