Sandra sources distressed real estate assets for Landology through her call universe of 33 banks throughout South Georgia and Northeast Florida.  Sandra brings a unique big bank background as well as consulting history to the team.  Sandra moved into management at First Atlanta Bank in 1979 and stayed through the acquisition by Wachovia Bank eventually leaving as Senior Vice President, Manager of Financial Operations and Systems.  Sandra continued her career with a series of consulting engagements for Wachovia into 2005.  The consulting arrangement as Project Manager included Integration of Payroll Processes and Systems Conversion with SouthTrust Bank, Transition of Wachovia Securities, Inc to Monthly Pay Cycle, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance and more.  Sandra has a deep network with a strong presence not only in metro Atlanta but also in coastal Georgia and northeast Florida.
