Michelle’s roles include market research, deal sourcing, marketing feasibility analysis, marketing planning, pricing recommendations, unit programming and sales and marketing.  Michelle started her real estate career in Ocala, Florida in 1997 working for the International Property Services Development Company. Here she specialized in large acreage and horse farms. While at International Property Services, Michelle learned the development business, acting as an exclusive agent and assistant project manager for numerous large scale developments.  Michelle's overall experience and understanding of the land development process enables her to maximize asset values through the identification of the highest and best use for each parcel.  In 2000 Michelle moved to Jacksonville Beach, Florida and successfully shifted her focus to the sales and marketing of multifamily luxury residential properties.   In 2002 Michelle joined Prudential Network Realty and quickly became one of the leading market specialists for the North Florida region.  Michelle’s product and market expertise allows her to successfully analyze and make recommendations reference the feasibility of potential development projects.
