Michael T. McCann

Mike’s roles include overall company strategy and portfolio management.  Mike’s real estate investment experience includes multi-family, commercial office, and in-fill land for multi-use development.  Prior to Landology, Mike was President of McCann Management, Inc., a real estate investment company.  Prior to McCann, Mike built and sold his plastics manufacturing company to USPL, a NASDAQ listed and publicly traded company, with 11 plants and 800 employees across the US serving a global portfolio of customers.  Mike was retained post acquisition to spearhead an aggressive growth strategy for the packaging division. Through new product development and several complementary acquisitions Mike lead his division’s growth from $10,000,000 in annual revenue to $50,000,000 in annual revenue in two years. Mike then became President/Chief Operating Officer of the parent company where he spent two years attempting to bring the same type of leadership and vision to the largest and most troubled division, building products. Mike is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the McCann Family Charitable Foundation, has served on advisory boards for Christ Episcopal Church in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and volunteers for local nonprofit organizations, and coaches recreational sports.
