Most typical Lifestyle Center projects have a favorable neighborhood climate for area redevelopment including established retail and entertainment venues, views of downtown skyline, parks, water, etc. and an eclectic mix of residents who as a whole pursue arts, music, festival type offerings and include favorable support for redevelopment from the local city/county council.
