Ronney sources distressed real estate assets for Landology through the major banking associations and correspondent lenders he has worked with over the last 44 years. Ronney began his banking career in September 1964 with the First National Bank of Atlanta. Since then Ronney has held a variety of executive positions within the banking industry, including being an organizer and current Chairman of the Board of a bank in the Atlanta area. In 1986 Ronney was a co-founder of Intercept Systems, serving as its President from May 1989 to June 1996, when he semi-retired. Ronney continued his employment with Intercept serving as Vice President concentrating on customer relationships until his full retirement in June 2002.
