Landology focuses on distressed opportunistic multifamily, commercial and mixed use projects through the purchase of distressed assets that include loans, mortgages, real estate and other financial assets that are non performing for a variety of reasons. The Partners have substantial background and expertise in sourcing, due diligence, acquisition and management of these distressed assets.

Landology’s goal is to buy properties through the market’s trough and monetize the underlying value of the asset during the coming market recovery.
