Core Competency
We actively identify and acquire undervalued bank owned high quality real estate assets from Southeastern based regional and community banks. Specifically, Landology leverages its multifamily, single family, mixed use and commercial real estate experience to identify real estate acquisition opportunities where Landology possesses operational and / or market experience. Our real estate experience allows us to thoroughly conduct due diligence and underwrite each potential transaction with a high level of competency. Our strategy is to acquire, hold, develop, construct, operate, or sell these assets at a profit. For the foreseeable future, we anticipate investing mostly in the urban core or in pedestrian lifestyle submarkets where Landology (or another developer) can deliver affordable product starting in 2010.
