Brian Garbacz

Brian’s roles include project feasibility, valuation, due diligence, and conceptual estimating. Prior to Landology, Brian was a consultant specializing in land acquisition evaluations, procuring full entitlements for tracts of land, and providing development management. Brian’s land acquisition and development experience is well diversified ranging from setting up a 1600 acre DRI, acquiring and entitling an 800 acre mixed use development, to working on numerous medium and small size single family, townhome, and condominium projects throughout Florida. Brian served as Vice President of Acquisition and Development for Beazer Homes where he was responsible for acquiring over 200 million dollars worth of raw land in a span of two years. Brian received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration from East Carolina University
