Bob's role in the company is to manage the bank call report database and do all market research and project due diligence as it relates to the collection of data from public records. This data is then used in the investment evaluation process.  Bob attended Virginia Tech University majoring in Computer Science and Accounting.  He also has completed additional studies in Computer Programming and Information Technology.  Bob has in depth experience in management of personnel and computer systems.  Bob is highly skilled at assimilating all public real estate records on potential projects, comparable projects, adjacent properties, zoning definitions, development plans, and city council meeting actions.
