Landology’s core strategy is to invest in under-valued residential (multi-family), mixed-use, and commercial properties and/or re-entitlement of land (primarily urban locations), for re-positioning, redevelopment, or transition to highest and best use. Landology offers a full-service approach including site selection, assemblage, acquisition, development, financing/capital structures, disposition, land entitlement, zoning and sales and marketing.

Landology:

• Identifies investment opportunities in re-emerging southeastern U.S. markets, where dynamics are in place to capitalize on early recovery from the economic downturn. 
• Creates win-win transactions that consider seller needs and maximizing value while allowing our team ample time for thorough diligence and execution to minimize risk of investment.
• Identifies, qualifies, and aligns with development partners where appropriate to provide additional exit strategies.
